Good pay and benefits. Stable company.Plenty of PTO & year end bonus! 401k and great benefits...

Cons

Slackers Town !! Everyone come at their own time, long lunches, very flexible 3 day work from homes, no need to work at all..Performance Improvement leadership drives their own agenda and loves to hear themselves talk about their ideas.Be good at playing office politics, this is the best place to land.

Pros

Very interesting industry, flat hierarchy, decent pay (at Vizient, NOT Provista), good benefits in 2016 pre-merger, very tenured leadership (also a negative). Great place to work, get experience, and move on to something better.

Cons

Lots of office politics due to the tenure of the leadership, many of the roles available are stagnant roles (portfolio executive), depending on the negotiation phase- you could be working very long hours, Flat Hierarchy means not much opportunity for upward mobility, lots of collaboration and not a lot of decisions, very siloed organization, Marketing department is absolutely abysmal, now that they are backed by private equity there's a lot more focus on metrics than culture, I survived 2 layoffs- not the 3rd. Good Luck!

They love men and people that kiss up Pay is good CEO spends thousands on his clothes so you have someone to help show you how to dress

Cons

Poor leadership. The boys club is not worried about the future just the short term. Maybe IPO Hospital executives no longer trust Vizient. At meetings they make fun of the CEO. With the merger many hospitals that left Vizient were forced back into Vizient. Expect many of the hospitals to run away this year. They want yes men not thought leaders
