Business Outlook
Pros
Company has good vision with regards to serving the health care industry. As an employee of one of the acquired companies, I am optimistic.
Cons
I had been hopeful that with the acquisition there would been some changes made at the management level. However, the extreme nepotism has not changed. The same people, with the same buddies continue to use those relationships to further their own careers. When titles were being reviewed to be in line with Vizient, many people lost previous promotions, while some, who were a part of the clique maintained theirs.
