Absolutely love the culture and values of this company. Also the collaborative environment is huge. Really great talent at this company that work as a team. Would highly recommend the company.

Cons

Vizient recently went through several mergers and acquisitions. They will have a challenging time ahead to integrate the organizations, culture, values, etc. My hope is it doesn't change the great core of this company.

Work/life balance, happy culture, nice facility, fun CEO. Great tuition reimbursement. Great PTO offering. Advancing in technology. Good place if issues are addressed

Cons

No room for growth, poor salaries for analyst positions, limited skill sets in areas where skills are required, poor HR support, lots of bias and discrimination in leadership roles. Unclear responsibilities across teams. People with negative and damaging behaviors get away with it.
