      Pros

      Benefits are very good. Physical work environment one of the best in which I have worked. Community Day (employees spend one day a year volunteering at local non-profit organizations). Fund raising for employees and employees of client organizations impacted by natural disasters - matched donations and PTO awards for hitting specific fund raising goals. Team building events are routine.

      Cons

      The area in which I worked allowed extraordinarily incompetent people managers to create and sustain a toxic work environment. Gas lighting is the leading management style. No professional development whatsoever.

      Gone way downhill since merger of med assets

      Pros

      Some very good people. Interesting work. UHC folks good. VHA folks good. Med Assets folks shallow and only driven by money.

      Cons

      Former CEO weird, all about him. Still getting money from vizient while lay offs occuring. Plus had car benefit..like he needed one with his salary. New ceo detached from what really is going on.

      Pros

      Great 401k match, HSA Insurance and ample PTO. The working environment is generally a great.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, annual merits leave a lot to be desired, internal employees have a hard time receiving competitive salaries. Employees are told to leave the organization, then come back in order to obtain salaries comparable to external candidates joining the organization. Rarely do employees work less than 50 hours a week.
