      The culture and presence of the core values Sr Leadership asks questions and listens to the colleagues and do their best to provide what people say they want Allowing employees to work from home during pandemic Communication from Sr Leadership is consistent and as transparent as possible Amenities - Volunteer Time Off, Personalysis, Okta Kudos 5 weeks PTO, 1 week volunteer time off Community Day Brand New ERP - Workday Dept team building events

      Cons

      One group in particular - in the Accounting dept - has a high turnover rate and continues to have high turnover. Lack of resolution for the high turnover. Some managers have a history of HR issues with employees and higher turnover. Those managers should be reprimanded and it usually doesn't happen. Bad managers shouldn't be allowed to stay in their position.

      Benefits, pay, merit compensation. Vacation is ok.

      Cons

      Vizient pushed hard on leftist politics. Either HR or the design team rallies support for BLM /identity politics at least on a weekly basis & at most 2 times a day in some form. Diversity Equity and Inclusion is constantly reminded to the point where if you're a white, Asian, or latino male with family values, also a black former coworker shaked his head in a particular meeting, holding back laughter--you can feel the language /initiatives are against you. I was hired for my software skills. Why am I being preached to by emails, the company intranet, meetings after meetings. This is on top of the toxic work environment involving corporate services. I really hate to say this, often led by white middle aged women. I really apologize for the tone of this description, I don't have a problem with anyone, but enough already. I had to leave a good paying job w good benefits or just deal with a crown of thorns every single day.

      Diversity & Inclusion PTO 5 weeks Insurance is alright, high deductible plan but it’s pretty good

      Cons

      don’t pay enough to retain employees, yearly pay increase is less than 3% for an above average employee, barely keeps up with inflation
