      Pros

      * Good PTO benefits * The culture is currently hybrid but it's not necessarily enforced or is approached differently by each team. * I do think Vizient is a good place for older people with families because it offers work/life balance.

      Cons

      * I do not recommend working for the FP&A department if you are young in your career. Your job will be mostly plugging headcount into a system or plugging numbers that the business partners will give you. The job is mainly administrative than analytics. A lot of things changed with the recent re-org.

      Salaries aren’t competitive with industry The continuous reorganization is confusing for employees, members and suppliers
