Pros

Great company, flexible, responsible, inclusive, and innovative. They are always looking for ways to improve. You can learn a lot working here and gain comprehensive visibility to financial operations.

Cons

Frequent changes in company leadership and business units. Depending on the team the position can be fire drill heavy. Technology and processes still need a lot of improvement to keep up with reporting demands. Too many chiefs in the kitchen on business side and political maneuvering is needed. Not many opportunities for promotion unless you are on the right team or unless there is a restructure/ someone leaves.

Steady Decline

Pros

- Work life balance is generally good, but I'm a virtual employee - Insurance is decent

Cons

- Frequent reorganizations that create instability and unclear ownership - No clear long-term strategy or cohesive company direction - Highly political environment where favoritism appears to influence decisions - Compensation below market for comparable roles - Noticeable decline in morale and overall culture - Leadership is resistant to feedback and largely set in their ways, even when alternative approaches may be more effective -Product decisions consistently prioritize the fastest and easiest path to development, with user experience and quality often treated as secondary -After a recent reorganization in which dozens of employees were laid off, the following company-wide town hall unveiled a newly built in-office TV studio specifically for internal broadcasts. -After ending work-from-home flexibility, the cybersecurity team sent a phishing-style email with a fake form for employees to request remote exceptions. -Remote employees have limited advancement opportunities. Promotions are no longer available to remote employees, relocation costs are not covered, and employees are expected to relocate at their own expense if they want career progression.
