Pros
We still have competent developers that will make the pain bearable. If you're a pizza party person, then this is the place. If you're the type who just wants to be left alone and do your work? Nope.
Cons
Pay is subpar for all the expectations and needs that they want. The return to office mandate of 3 days a week despite objections against it is a sign that management is out of touch. Micro managing is also a thing. The company promotes its culture. Be ready for pointless buzz words to make management seem smart when in reality, they don't know what they're doing. I mean they're absolutely doing the opposite of what everyone was saying not to do. Management is trapped in their own bubble. Good luck saying something, because they won't listen to you anyway.
