      Pros

      -I have tons of connections across the company and I'm happily welcomed into any conversation. -We have fun activities, and I love my team, and my manager -We have visibility into how the company is doing -We have a forum to answer questions and have concerns answered -Our cross-team functionality helps us get to know our peers -We have lots of room and opportunity for upward and lateral mobility -Recognition is frequent and relevant. Feedback is useful, tasteful and tactful.

      Cons

      -Because of decisions made several years ago outside of current leadership's control, we are operating on extremely lean budgets, which means we are paid well below industry standard in some key areas of the company, which makes it hard to retain talent.

      Pros

      - great culture perks - great people - typical tech atmosphere - unlimited PTO - decent health benefits - cross train on the basics Good for people who have some experience but need more. Provides a basic and repetitive framework to build off of.

      Cons

      - poor outlook - the previous COO/CEO had poor forecasting and a history of not seeing a product through. - reactionary and mimic-based “innovation” - an older product with many limitations - lack of deep understanding of the commerce ecosystem - low pay - lack of role development unless self initiated and on your own.
