Cons
Management was horrible, projects were changed on the whims of the exec team, and the company was going through bankruptcy. It wasn’t hard to see why either; projects were never completed or, when they were, they were completed “half-cocked and poorly thought out.” (That’s a direct quote I heard several times by leadership in meetings describing the product department’s culture) They spent two years and millions of dollars building a V2 to their system, and in the end, it was inoperable & useless, and they only had like 5 Customers on it. All in all, it was a learning experience for me. I learned that I never wanted to work for a company like this again. But again, there were some great people there who genuinely cared about what they were doing. Unfortunately, they didn't have the leadership to execute anything substantial...
