      Not Transoparent Whatsoever

      Pros

      Great place to work if you like company culture, flexible work scheduling, and fun benefits. People are very friendly and work environment is relaxed

      Cons

      Not a great place if you value transparency. Even though they preach being transparent, they often do surprise lay offs and don't warn employees about trouble within the business until it's far too late. Not great if you like stable work environments

      Amazing team leads. Works with you on your schedule as best as they can. Communicative team.

      Cons

      Company seems makes changes everyday but never updating customer services representative team until later. Help database is sporadic.

      Making the best of a flawed product

      Pros

      Volusion's Sales team was high energy and did everything they could to make the job more fun. It was a great place to get my foot in the door.

      Cons

      The product was bad, and the more I figured that out, the less I wanted to sell it. Bigcommerce and Shopify simply had better ecommerce software, and my numbers started to go down as soon as I realized that the "solution" I was selling was as much a problem as it was anything else. Support queues were always backed up, so sales got tons of support calls. Cancellations were incredibly frequent which had a huge impact on monthly goals. The hardest part wasn't closing enough deals, it was having to close way more than goal in anticipation of the frequent cancellations.
