Pros

Snacks, salary, couches, coffee, parking

Cons

Rampid inappropriate behavior. The only decent person that works there is the founder and a few quiet people that work and go home. Company is full of people who have large egos, are terrible listeners and lie about most things to customers. Scammy, scammy, scammy.

Pros

-The people I worked with are still some of my best friends.

Cons

I can't stress this enough. This was the worst sales environment I've ever been in. If you don't hit your quota (which was nearly impossible) you're scolded and left fearing you may lose your job. They act like there's room for coaching but even the sales managers seem lost, and unaware of what to do. I've seen multiple colleagues break down emotionally from unrealistic expectation. Unless you're a rock to your core, this place will crush you. Also, the pay was very low for sales in Austin. If this isn't your first sales job, run for the hills...you will not make money at this company unless you work 60+ hours a week and through your lunch.
