      Pros

      great co-workers - the only thing keeping me here up to now.

      Cons

      - there dosent seem like a plan in place for this company to continue anymore - mass layoffs have become the normal - company seems to be losing money and their solution is firing people with the highest salary - they have been on a 'transparency' kick since they booted out the old CEO, now its even clearer they dont have a plan. - their 'plans' change every week.

      Pros

      Volusion provided good work experience for anyone interested in e-commerce. The starting pay was decent for the experience required. There was a healthy work community, including team lunches and fun office events.

      Cons

      The company had a lot of employees competing for relatively few higher end jobs. The product sold was often plagued with software bugs or updates that rendered customer's shopping carts unusable.
