      Great company but going through a very tough time - Apply but after 3 years

      Pros

      Friendly and open work environment with colleagues. Opportunities to get international experience. Culturally very diverse.

      Cons

      Directors and up are very political. Marketing and Sales divisions are weak and unable to grasp volumes. Pay is under industry standard. Chambersburg is where most employees live, is dull too. Shippensburg organization is running very thin after 3 layoffs. 50+hr work weeks.

      Very little support from higher management. Safety is a joke

      Pros

      Great group of people to work and very easy to get along with. They offer a lot of developmental programs as well as diversity studies.

      Cons

      The downside that I encountered was the on boarding process, the company has a lot of programs and you may not know what you need until after you start.
