There are no distinctions or unspoken expectations tied to location everyone operates with the same access, flexibility, and trust. This approach fosters a respectful and inclusive culture. Because the team is fully remote, optional in-person gatherings feel intentional and genuine. When people come together, it’s because they want to connect and collaborate, which makes those moments meaningful and energizing. I also really value the startup environment at Vori. There are opportunities to wear many hats, collaborate cross-functionally, and gain exposure to projects and skills outside of one’s immediate role. It’s an environment that encourages learning, growth, and adaptability, and it aligns well with where I am in my career.
