Community oriented, empathic and easygoing to family needs, very flexible and understanding, good healthcare.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up past a certain point, the salaries are low compared to other industry companies, company-wide decisions sometimes hindered by the mom-and-pop style operation, management can be stuck in their ways and resistant to adapt to new trends.
