Money - the hourly wages are very reasonable with overtime. The Pro's are that you know that this is just a temporay job and resume builder, as there is no chance to retire from this company. Good Employees on the lower levels.

Cons

Can we mention the CEO, or lack of one? HR department cares about one thing, the CEO and Founder, not the employees.

Salary and benefits are good. Location is nice, but is getting a little dated. Most of the people who work there are very talented and great to work with.

Cons

Lack of contact with CEO and Owner. Business direction changes without explanation. Work life balance is good for some people and really terrible for some of the positions.
