Cons

Management has fostered a very toxic work environment focused on punishment, instead of recognition. Many employees work to avoid getting into trouble, rather than actually enjoying their job. Majority of positive recognition is reserved for those who work directly with executive management. Rank and file employees and sales employees are treated as disposable. There is no attempt at improving employee skills, i.e. no paid training.

The team memebers are absolutely amazing. They are truly a family and will treat you the same way while helping yoneceu succeed.

Cons

-After massive growth and revenue company began to desolve departments and laying people off while keeping others in the dark after insenuating their department is not needed or necessary and told team members that the department is defenitley changing and being restructured. -Trainging was completely haulted by massive growth and never began again and was on employees to "try and keep up and learn as much as possible"
