Lots of potential - NO execution

Pros

- There are some super talented people here, especially at the mid-level. - There is tremendous potential to integrate the product suite into a game-changing solution

Cons

- Vyne acquires companies with little or integration strategy. Most acquired employees receive little to no communication and and are left to wonder for months of they will have a job - Onboarding of new employees is non-existent. You take the usual mandatory modules day 1 and then are left to navigate the company entirely on your own - The company operates in silos which creates an adversarial atmosphere - Upper management regularly changes their minds, frustrating the teams by making them feel responsible - Culture is limited to quarterly meetings - very little investment or emphasis place on engaging employees. That's left entirely up to the group or silo

Thank you for your feedback. Since this review, we’ve received very positive feedback from companies we’ve recently acquired and have completely revamped our onboarding process to provide new hires with more structure and support. We’ve also made great strides in strengthening our culture and leadership, and we remain committed to continuing this progress.

Pros

There are genuinely dedicated individuals here who tolerate quite a bit of challenges. Benefits are competitive.

Cons

When I initially joined Vyne, I was optimistic about its potential. However, under the new leadership, the company's trajectory seems to have changed. It's concerning to see that some serious matters, including allegations of racism and sexual harassment, aren't being adequately addressed. The close relationship between the CEO and CGO raises questions about their suitability to lead. Vyne's direction under their stewardship is a point of concern. The private equity group, The Jordan Company, certainly has its work cut out for them. Good Luck!

A diamond in the rough that needs polishing

Pros

- lots of very talented, capable folks, especially at the mid levels - there are lots of interesting problems to solve - Some teams are incredibly collaborative and supportive

Cons

- Mid levels and below do not feel trusted or empowered. Decisions are made from the central HQ, leaving the rest of the org feeling detached - Communication from the top down are spotty at best - Senior management is constantly in flux, with folks leaving or changing responsibilities regularly - Overall roadmap and priorities also change regularly so its very hard to know what to really focus on - and there is always a critical fire going on - Company is currently very siloed. A few years ago, there was great progress in moving towards a more unified organization but as Senior Leadership shifted, it reverted right back
