Cons

Waited on commission structure for months. Terrible management. No one knows what their job is. You will have to fight for every dollar which isn't much compared to all of the effort that is expected. They change the goals and targets on the regular and then gaslight you if you question it. You are not allowed to ask questions about anything. They will lie about the OTE in your interview Outbound cold calling only! No leads no tools. Salesforce is a mess. Anything worth calling they give ae's to cut you out. Only really two companies to sell to. Product can't keep up with the market. Do not promote from within.

Company is in the past & morale is 6ft under One manager played favoritism heavily. Had to constantly watch your back so your deals were not taken from you. They do NOT want to pay you You don’t get paid until the onboarding team hand holds. And they do not want to work to save your accounts. You’re required to sell and play onboarding and support and finance. No room to get deals over the hump. No help from managers to close or retain deals Salary not worth it for the volume of work you have to put in False promises of change Commission structure was awful. You were set up to make no money They let other parts of the company talk down and disrespect you. No camaraderie or excitement from leadership if you’ve got big deals or any deals

Still operating in silos across the company. Lots of time and teamwork spent to plan ahead for a few quarters only to have it all change in a day - and then people are criticized for not producing.
