Sounded promising when Renaissance and Vyne merged. New products and services to sell with the notion to make more money. Changes made too soon, and services launched without a registration and on boarding process ready, support not ready, no marketing materials available, no training or direction given. New leadership came on as expected and changed the whole sales structure to something that isn’t working. New comp plans put in place without having services ready to sell with unachievable quotas. When you are told “this is designed to make everyone more money” it’s time to update your resume. Top reps for the past years now making half of what they use to and working twice as hard. Opportunities are allegedly dispersed evenly yet some people are handed things while others are told to self prospect more. Leadership broke a system that worked, however they may not last long when they can not deliver what they promised to the board.

Some employees don’t pull their weight; some departments discourage any improvements in the existing product; some managers create work environments that ignore or even reward work avoiders while punishing hardworking people.
