- Possibility of working in a global company with great teamwork in international teams - Good career opportunities. Everyone is encouraged to be a leader. - Great company culture of diversity and inclusion - Good benefits systems

Cons

- Communication between management and employees is good, but could be even better - Company could be a bit more "modern" concerning flexible working hours, home offices, etc.

It is very productive at the albany site and lots of growth in the future

Cons

We need more experienced management, and safer working conditions. The pay does not reflect the hazards that are associated with this job. Top pay for chemical operator is 23.63 an hour as of 2015 and usually you start out at 15$ an hour. The insurance cost for a family is 600 to 800$ a month.
