      Pros

      Middle management is great and supportive. The company Committed to safety of employees. The work is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Poor Executive leadership, no business planning, constant lay-off cycles. Senior leadership needs to have real strategies for the company to grow and increase revenue. Instead thy just keep laying off. Very top heavy.
