I worked at the plant in Lake Charles. Some ppl were very professional but the vast majority didn’t care about policies, ignored them and were rude. While I was there folks were stealing and I had a unit supervisor storm into my office and berate me because he wasn’t getting what he wanted. Toxic environment.

Cons

At the Lake Charles plant: Disorganization, circumventing of processes, rude ppl who have no respect, the overall culture needs to be revamped, folks aren’t accountable

Bonkers 12 hour shift schedule, that rotated between day shift and night shift every 4 weeks. Bare minimum care for the safety of workers, and at times no care for the safety of workers.
