- Competitive benefits package, specifically retirement planning - Talent and teamwork at "ground level"

Cons

- Leadership is crippled with indecision and constantly reassessing old options rather than trying to move forward - Management is typically short-sighted - Often see colleagues being rewarded for being able to manage perceptions rather than actually doing good work - Lack of advancement opportunities is demoralizing - Punitive culture

Not a very nice company to work for.

Cons

The company still have lots of Nepotism, husbands and wife making big salary, and not doing much, they don't like hiring black people, mostly white people and chinese. Also most of the managers are not doing the work they are getting paid to do. Still have a lot of people consulting, company split but still carrying the same name, with no changes.

pay is adequate, benefits are good, one of the few companies to still offer a defined benefit pension (although that could change with planned separation into 2 companies)

Cons

This is the most top-heavy, bureaucratic organization I have ever worked for. Management has no trust in their employees. If you aren't a vice president, you will not be making any decisions. It is impossible to get anything done.
