      Pros

      If you do your job you will get paid a decent wage You can get off when you need to Holidays off Shop supervisors are good

      Cons

      Columbus,OH & Atlanta,GA management are the ones who don't listen If your name ain't WILLIAMS they don't won't to hear it Ins is worst I have ever seen the company makes money off of it They use some new process that has lost them money YEARLY and blames techs when it's there process that they won't admit it failed Birmingham is a great branch to work for sometimes it's a sweat shop

      Pros

      Friendly people. Wages are decent for hourly in phoenix arizona. Have been working at this location for 7 years. Lots of vacation time for putting in the years.

      Cons

      Hard work. Management seems to be lost with what is going on in the shop sometimes. Benefits are really not that good. Does have 401k but medical kind of lousy.

      Pros

      I love working at WW Williams! It's a friendly, fun, atmosphere. I recently started here and everyone made me feel so welcome. I was introduced to everyone in the office on my first day which was a huge help and got a tour of the building. Communication seems to be a high priority here which is key to making a company run smoothly. I look forward to coming to work each day!
