Good overall but could use some improvements

Pros

Good pay, average benefits, good vacation time, good holiday time, fairly low turnover, promotes from within regularly, company does seem to want to keep improving internally. Invests in training. Better place to work now under Mr. Simmons than it was under the previous big boss.

Cons

Critically understaffed in customer facing positions company wide. Expected to follow a process but not given enough manpower to actually do it. Forced to use vacation days if sick. Very restrictive environment. Good things rarely come out of hearing from corporate or divisional management. No news is good news. U.S. Presidential elections happen faster than pay reviews.

Pros

Good pay, nice time off, in class training and online training available weekends off

Cons

You will be stuck on nights or 3rd shift for a good while even after years of service. Seniority means nothing. New employees are thrown in the mix with no real direction and left to sink or swim

Pros

3 weeks vacation after 5 years employment.

Cons

Unjust management and abuse of power. Work moral is garbage. No team appreciation and micromanagement to a pulp. The pay is trash and individuals working there are smarter than management. Career opportunities only for those favorited by management. Compensation and benefits are like everywhere else - not a selling point. No diversity all white, occasional latino, an african american man was once hired as a diversity hire - he spoke up about racism in the work place to management and shortly after was fired for "under performing".
