They will pay you above average market and there are some good people to work with.

Cons

The culture/environment of this company is just awful. Workload is unsustainable and unreasonable requests are made on a daily basis. Majority of the people are dead inside with no motivation to work. Anybody that is smart enough will leave within a year, and others will stick around to contribute to this toxic environment. Amenities are nonexistent.
