Monday through Friday schedule. Company van, gas card and fast track.

Cons

Not enough service techs for the amount of work that there currently is. Grossly under paid for being the blood and guts of the operation.

Pros

Ability to make a change, shifting towards a customer focused environment, many of the team are helpful. The people I work with are good folks, some are swamped with work and can be a little standoffish, but they still try to help.

Cons

Benefits are not good, the pay is not great, and the merit cycle is a major morale issue. As some have mentioned, the influence of the Sears legacy is a real concern with many of the customer facing employees. Many of the old time employees hate how the customer has been treated for the last few years, as they should.
