Pros

Nice Culture (that is defined "by default" by the employee base) Work/life balance WD does reasonably well against competitors

Cons

Lack of transparency by HR Leadership team, up to CHRO Condescending HR leadership style - boldly arrogant at times Lack of recognition programs - window dressing, at best, to check the box People chartered to oversee the "people" business, should naturally understand their greatest asset, but business leaders get "people" better than HR
