Worst run HR department

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Some Good people left

Cons

Worst run HR department toxic to say the least. Cold heartless and it’s being run into the ground. There is nothing to be proud of here. HR is full of incompetent people starting from the top. Total inequality in pay and promotions are given for political reasons and not to those who are deserving. Be very aware before joining this company. Most good people have been laid off. HR is now full of very cold and uncaring people.

Pros

Face paced, work hard and reap a good salary and potential bonus. Large enough you can move to other departments.

Cons

Depending on the department there is extreme favoritism to where they will find a way to push you out if you rock the boat. Cover your backside with documentation just in case you get added to the list. They have done a lot of RIFs in the past three years.
