      Large company, many areas to work in, large national footprint

      Cons

      Compensation changes often, very political at higher levels, HR is basically running the company and highly untrustworthy, bonuses redistributed to others if liked by management, unethical senior management

      Pros

      Extremely low cost benefit. You have many options. Great 401k match and very desirable pay! Slow paced and not much stress. I enjoy the work-life balance here. Always go home on time, never overtime almost.

      Should provide more training and growth for employees.
