      free coffee and bagel friday

      Cons

      -not everyone is in one location at Station Square any longer (corporate employees are at 3 locations in the Pgh area now) -management disconnect from employees -continued consolidation of jobs (people leave and then replacements are never hired) -MULA/VULAs every other year for 7 years

      Pros

      Steady pace makes the day go by quickly. Decent hours allow for work / life balance. Decent benefits and salaries.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Your given the basic information to be able to enter an order, however there’s no training to ensure that you don’t make major mistakes. Management shifts the blame to make them look good. Promotions are handed out without any leadership training. Management make plans to improve process but there is no follow through.

      Pros

      You get a decent pay & benefits. If your supervisor micromanages, then you will hate it here. Otherwise a good stepping stone and introduction to the field of Procurement in Supply Chain.

      Cons

      The MRP/ERP system is old and outdated. Won't be useful outside of Wesco. No room for growth. Place is depressing to work at. Cubicles are old and dirty. The cleaning crew are lazy. I've left crumbs and chips on the carpet under my cubicle desk, one year later today, it is still there. The cleaning crew only takes out trash, they won't even change your bag, my trash bag had stains there for the past year.
