No loyalty to it's employees.

Pros

None. Toxic environment. HR is not employee's friend. Management consistently finds ways to get out of fairly rewarding employees.

Cons

This is an organization that consistently pulls the rug out from employees. Hollow promises and under-rewards loyal employees, except for senior management.

Pros

Over staffed so you don't need to work a lot of hours.

Cons

Management is awful especially the CHRO and CEO. The current CEO has not done well since being promoted to that level. The only growth that has been made is via acquisition. When that is factored out, the company has not had any organic growth in years, including years were the economy was doing well. In addition, there is no diversity at the company. They recently named a VP of diversity but he has yet to develop any mission or programs to support diversity or inclusion. Honestly, I think they created the position just to say that they had a program without really having a program.
