Pay is above average and it looks good on a resume. You will form a trauma bond with your co-workers.

Cons

Male-dominated industry, training is non existent (it’s a training program..), management doesn’t care about your feelings, refuses to give overtime (even when you work til 10pm), waited until august of 2020 to do any social distancing measures. Young people get infantilized. Everyone in the industry has been there for decades, so if you’re in your 20’s you will get walked on and disrespected. Your training will suffer because you are young.

There is no help with new hires coming in to the company. Extremely poor leadership. Upper management obviously not worried about employee growth
