Decent pay Nice PTO Some really good people Good severance package

Cons

Just had a large lay off due to Anixter acquisition Mostly Wesco people were whacked. Some really good folks were cut based on title. It’s about to get really hairy as systems changes, process changes and power struggles ensue.

Cons

Company cares more about bottom line and Wall Street than employees. They say they believe and push I&D programs, but the reality is that it is still and Compony run by old white men.
