      Pros

      Fair salary in my case. Depending on what group you work with it can be a good place to work.

      Cons

      Internal politics, unhealthy work environment is prevalent at the Houston branch. The concept of "One WESCO" is a widely mocked concept at this particular branch.

      micro managment they even micro each other i have had 4 bosses in the last year no one will stay they dont even like each other

      Pros

      Get some product knowledge and get out.

      Cons

      They have their own software and zero training available. If you're in sales the only people who can teach you what you need to know are your competition. It's not in their best interest to train you and most won't. Managers also use software that no one is used to in the outside world and mine spent the day calling all over the country for advice. Yeah... that's productive!
