If you are talented, have a strong work ethic, and like to be challenged now is the best time to join WESCO because we are going from strong to stronger, good to great.

John Engel is the new CEO. Some infusion of new talent in the organization. The company is really focusing on how it can improve it's cross-selling. is one of the top players, if not the top player in the industry segments. The company has started a training program for college grads, bringing in new blood.

Cons

Negative communication is delivered at the last minute or not at all. There are still pockets of terrible managers and leaders that need to go.
