      Locations around the country are plentiful.

      Cons

      Management does not respect their employees. This starts from the top and filters down through the rant and file.

      Pros

      If appreciated, and you have local management willing to communicate, you can accomplish much and grow within the company, however be careful if you find there are problems and ask management for help to resolve the situations. I asked for help to improve poor moral and game playing by employees. This resulted in my termination during a record sales, and margin year.

      Cons

      Corporate communication is poor. Workload only increases for dedicated employee's, and slackers are allowed to coast. Hardly fair. Hostile workplace is tolerated or ignored causing dedicated, hard working, successful employee's to be fired or leave due to frustrations caused ny burn out.

      Large company and well-respected in the industry. Opportunity for growth within Wesco as well as other owned companies... hire from within if possible

      Cons

      Communication from the top down doesn't always happen. Publically owned company which means very detail oriented on procedures which sometimes take time away from being able to help the customer.
