Pros

Work life balance is available in some areas. When you leave work, you can leave work there.

Cons

Pay is below industry average. Little regard for pay disparity among group members of same role. Management not open to innovative ideas. "It's the way we've always done it" should be company motto. Company is management heavy. Employees don't have effective software or tools to do job effectively. NO training is provided. Much of the work being done is not able to be automated so there is a significant amount of manual work required to pull reports. Not much ability for working remotely or working flexible schedule.

They pay twice a month...until you quit then you might have to file with the state to get your final check.

Cons

Maybe there are still some departments that are run well somewhere but I wasn't in them. I had two nutty managers in a row and HR really was no help, there's just too much to fix. I reported the same fraudulent activity repeatedly, with documented proof, to everyone but it was more than 5 years before they stopped it. In the meantime I was harassed, threatened and eventually demoted for refusing to participate in the scheme.

Pros

Large company with countless opportunities in many countries and almost every state. For someone who works very hard and who is willing to relocate the skies the limit on how high up the company they are able to go.

Cons

The company is in shambles and is now being run exclusively by the HR and finance department. local and regional managers are unable to make decisions and the bureaucracy has become incredible. Also there are two standard one for the C-level execs and another for all other employees from the VP level down.
