Pros
Work life balance is available in some areas. When you leave work, you can leave work there.
Cons
Pay is below industry average. Little regard for pay disparity among group members of same role. Management not open to innovative ideas. "It's the way we've always done it" should be company motto. Company is management heavy. Employees don't have effective software or tools to do job effectively. NO training is provided. Much of the work being done is not able to be automated so there is a significant amount of manual work required to pull reports. Not much ability for working remotely or working flexible schedule.
