The people were nice and my boss was fantastic

Cons

They laid off our whole department except for the help desk and a few other people who did specialty work, including most of the long-term managers who were great - and outsourced to the Philippines.

The customer service agents are treated like numbers, not people, and the expectations are high. Bonuses are only rewarded if you have practically perfect numbers.
