Pros

PTO time is generous. Pay is every two weeks. Base salary is ok but not great. Other than that, I can’t think of any more pros.

Cons

This is a cut throat company. Make no mistake, Wex does everything to benefit Wex. They don’t look after their employees nor their partners. Sales management is a joke. They have people managing sales teams that have never sold a day in their life. Backstabbing and stealing each other’s accounts is quite common. The payment industry is already a competitive industry and Wex just makes it worse. 10 reps in one market and they all can see what everyone is working on. Partners pay for leads that are shared with everyone. Training is all relative to how to be a data entry clerk. Horrible way to do business. Horrible business plan. Do yourself a favor and just walk away. I am one of many trying to find employment elsewhere.
