Spending years here does not guarantee being treated with respect or value. Benefits are wildly expensive. They have a lot of little hidden payroll rules you sign into, so they take a lot more of your paycheck than other employers. No real mobility or change in growth, though there is a lot of talk about it. A lot of fake diversity initiatives that don’t go anywhere and they don’t actually value people, they are trying to use “diversity” to look good. Really poor salary compared to the same job elsewhere. Slow moving and poor pay is rough.

REALLY LOW salaries, promotions tend to raise your salary by 3-5%, which is ridiculous, really misorganised systems and structures, the environments are always down and take too long to update, impacting all teams
