Benefits package okay but big issues with salary

Cons

Salary not consistent across the board. Not awarded for time worked. Not making a livable wage. Company makes billions yet doesn’t provide adequate raises and makes it hard to earn any bonuses. Doesn’t provide fair compensation across the board. Individuals live paycheck to paycheck while CEO makes millions. $20/hr after 10 years of service is not equal pay for equal work!!!

This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.

Cons

Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.
