      Pros

      This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.

      Cons

      Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.

      Pros

      - Regionally speaking, they pay well. - I think it's a progressive company. - Benefits package is acceptable. - After being there for a while, the paid time off accrues faster than you can use it.

      Cons

      - Because of the pandemic, many companies are allowing workers to work remotely. WEX will struggle to find talent willing to work for their wages when workers can work elsewhere, for more, with no relocation. - Communication could be better from corporate.

      Highest paying job I’ve ever had, and better yet, I’m working remotely. Benefits are great. Paid training. Shift differential. Equipment provided.

      Cons

      I’ve been employed for almost a year and have no complaints.
