      Pros

      Finally appears that we are going to be given time to clean up the code base.

      Cons

      New corporate atmosphere is a bit stifling. It prevents us from tackling issues dynamically and efficiently. Overall company is waterfall attempting to drive an Agile office to the point of instead of having monthly release we have trimester releases.

      Management can be hit or miss. Employee car program is great. Growing fast.

      Low pay with stunted incentive program. Lack of communication. Lack of advancement opportunities.

      I have worked at WEX for 10 years and am truly passionate about my commitment to WEX. I am proud of WEX's core values and live and work through those values everyday: Integrity, Relationships, Execution, Innovation and Community. WEX has given me many opportunities to grow and be creative. I am excited to go to work everyday because my job is creative, innovative, fun and challenging.

      WEX is a faced paced environment expanding rapidly and while this can be exciting and challenging, employees need to be ready to move quick and shift gears to support expansion.
