Pros

Brand new Building With all the bells and whistles, Solid benefits PTO specifically, Semi-flexible Schedule, Some supervisors, fun friendly co-workers, Training Program. Turnover is high so seniority is earned quickly. Performance based bonuses

Cons

Nature of Work: working customer service in a call center is a high burnout high stress job. Supervisors are hit or miss I was lucky mine was great, Pay is good to start but after about 6 months you are given more work load/responsibilities without pay raise.

Hierarchy matters. Old fashioned company with zero flexibility. Going by old rules, does not value people, their skills or even contributions.

People and growth company. Nice having a publicly traded company in Maine as there are very few left. Steady work.

Cons

Lack of development opportunities for mid level employees.
