Pros

Very supportive and team-oriented work environment that also provides a great work/life balance. A company that is truly growing at a rapid rate in numbers and at the same time is able to consistently bridge the gap between upper level management and associates. The term "open door policy" is truly embodied at WGI. Could not ask for a better place to work at.

Cons

There really are not any major/minor cons I have experienced while working here.

Free breakfast last Friday of month.

Cons

Horrible management from top to bottom. Very hostile environment with no sense of teamwork. This firm has aspirations of grandiosity with an inferiority complex.
