      Great product, great people, poor management

      - I've worked with someone of the most creative and talented people I've met - A fascinating product with a lot of potential - A lot of opportunity for project ownership - Good perks

      - Leadership has a lack of direction and understanding of our customers - A lot of whiplash with fast and seemingly arbitrary decisions

      Interesting product, but not a good company to work for yet

      Pros

      Working in the wellness technology space is relatable and interesting.

      Cons

      Read the negative reviews from other people - they are true. Something that is not included in some of those comments is the lack of transparency from leadership and a bit of a toxic environment. The company does not share the financials whatsoever. We get a weekly slack update on some unit economics but have no idea how healthy the entire business is. Then, surprise layoffs! The lack of collaboration from cross functional teams and the tolerance for it is astounding. Some teams here need support from other partners and those teams refuse to help with no good reason. A phrase that is heard often is "That's out of scope for me" even if they are the only ones that potentially could help and just leave others drowning. For a company who helps Athletes and Teams there sure a lot of folks here who don't seem to know what a team is.
