It’s disappointing to hear that you believe there are limitations in career growth opportunities. The Membership Services Department, in particular, recently rolled out a systematic and extensive career progression program that coincides with advanced-level training and compensation increases. We recognize that professional development and growth are important for employee satisfaction, which is why we prioritized this program this year. Your advice to remember our remote employees is well-taken.
